ExercisAbilities is seeking to hire part time evening and summer pediatric occupational therapists and Speech Therapists (SLP-CCC licensed in MN) to join our team of physical, occupational, speech therapists, and therapeutic recreation and health coaching specialists to make healthy, happy, and independent possible for every child in SE MN.  We are looking for someone who is ready to work with us to create a unique and amazing experience for our clients and their families with top notch occupational  or speech therapy skills, a fun and warm personality, an inquisitive love to continuously learn, and passion to participate to grow the practice.   This position offers flexibility and room for growth.  The case load really depends on what you have available to help us.  We have children waiting to be seen in the evenings and during the summer.  Additionally, we have the opportunity to meet a need of focused educational workshops, intensive small group classes, and camps for both parents and children on many pediatric rehab topic areas.  We will build it if you are interested in teaching it!  Fine motor skills, behavior social skills, friendship, trauma informed, communication, parenting skills and more.  The sky is the limit!

Starting wages will vary depending on years and nature of experience in rehabilitation.  Competitive benefits available for Part time (greater than 20 hours) and Full time Employees (32+ hours) including Health Insurance, PTO, and simple IRA match plan.  This position is Non-exempt with potential to move to exempt with consistent caseload development.

**Additionally, we have many other positions open.   we are seeking to develop or hire a Pediatric Program Lead overseeing PT, OT and SLP team at our EA Pediatric facility right next door which may fit very well to bring this position up to a full time position if that is desired.  No pediatric experience is required.  The person should be aware of OT management services and also have experience overseeing a multidisciplinary team.  The pediatric program is fun and lively, and a joy to oversee.  Please let us know if you may have experience or be interested in how we believe this would be a great fit!
