Christie received her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern California. She received a Bachelor’s degree from St. Cloud State University in Psychology and Biology. She has experience with acute care, mental health inpatient and outpatient, group therapy, sensory integration and school-based therapy. She’s worked with patients ranging from children to geriatric with a wide variety of health diagnoses. She is passionate about creating holistic treatment plans that address everything from motor skills to social interaction in order to improve function. Christie worked for the Mayo Clinic specializing in mental health, outpatient and acute care practice. Christie grew up in Coon Rapids, MN in the Twin Cities metro area and currently lives in Rochester with her husband, two young children and two cats. She enjoys arts and crafts, traveling, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
