Our personal trainers are exercise specialists. They work with anyone who wants to get healthier and be stronger. Having someone to progress you toward your goals and push you along the way to work harder and meet your goals can make all the difference in the world as to whether you succeed in your rehab plan or not. Your therapist can get you on the right road, and then our trainers will coach you down the road for as long as it takes to reach your targets and learn how to keep going on your own.
Safety: Our number one concern is that individuals are safe in our gym. Not only will you learn about our equipment, you will learn how to use your own body in the most efficient way. We will be sure you are pushing yourself but not beyond your capabilities. Overtraining can be dangerous and we will be sure to teach all aspects of your exercise program as far as the what, why and how.
Sports specific training: Our Exercise Specialists have advanced training and certifications and are highly skilled to assess, analyze, and address your areas that need strength training, flexibility, and retraining in order to achieve better results in your sport or fitness activity. They can work individually in our gym or can come to you to work with small groups.
Highly skilled in medical conditions and physical disability: Our Exercise Specialists work side by side with our therapy staff. They have advanced training in adapting and modifying programs as needed to get an effective and safe work out.
Motivation and Accountability: Our trainers will build a routine that will keep you getting stronger and on your road to better health. We will set up appointments according to your availability and we will work hard to be passionate about improving your overall wellness! One aspect to remember is that physical activity should never stop! We want you to progress to the point where you can be as independent as possible. We will recommend home programs and activities to participate in when you are not one on one, such as group fitness and cardiovascular exercise.
Doing it right: We will teach you how each piece of equipment in our gym works so that you will feel comfortable during your workouts and be able to come back and use the gym with know-how. There will always be staff available to answer questions and assist when needed.

Together we will create goals that are attainable and we will pair you with the best trainer to help you get to a healthier, happier, and more confident you.
