ExercisAbilities to Host Largest Fundraiser of the Year at Ironwoods Springs Christian Ranch in September

ExercisAbilities will be hosting their third annual walk-run-roll, Family Adventure Day on Saturday, September 14th, 2019 starting at 9:30 a.m. The event will take place at Ironwood Springs Christian Ranch.

The day will consist of several family friendly events that are fully accessible for all ages and abilities, including a 4K Trail Run or 1K Fun Run, Walk, Roll, Horseback Riding, Yard Games, Petting Zoo, Mini Golf Tournament, Picnic Lunch, Program, Prizes, Raffle, Zip Line, and Kids Carnival.

ExercisAbilities is a 501c3 organization and dependent on raised funds to keep our programs as low cost as possible and accessible to all financial abilities. This is our biggest fundraising event of the year.

Thank you to our Platinum Sponsors are Rochester Asphalt and Concrete and Virgils Auto Clinic and Towing who are helping to make this event free to our current participants!

The cost for this event is $20 per person 13-years-old and over, or $5 per person 12-years-old and under. Current ExercisAbilities clients are free. All preregistered participants will receive a free T-shirt.

ExercisAbilities is a physical rehabilitation and medical fitness center created to inspire individuals of all ability levels to reach their full potential in mind, body, and spirit. Their vision is for all people to have unrestricted access to the rehabilitation process including physical activity and health promotion to achieve their goals of optimal health, pain-free movement and functional quality of life. Services offered include: physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, pediatric therapies, inclusive fitness classes, adaptive personal training and recreation, spinal cord injury and brain injury recovery program, diabetes prevention education, and child and family nutrition.
