ExercisAbilities Rolls out New Seasonal Catalog for Classes and Workshops

It has always been a dream of founder and CEO Dr. Melanie Brennan to have a published list of classes and workshops to help ExercisAbilities’ clients to navigate their many offering for health and wellness programming. “Our staff have many skills to offer people of all ages to improve their health and movement. This new catalog will help people find what best fits their goals and needs.” The 2019 Fall Catalog can be found at this link.
Dr. Brennan states, “People say we are the best kept secret in town. We are working to change that to become the best known resource in town” The new Fall Catalog features evidence-based classes for people with Parkinson’s Disease, stroke survivors, and children with Autism. Classes and workshops are planned and taught in coordination with an entire rehabilitation team of occupational therapists, physical therapist, speech therapists, dietitians, therapeutic recreation specialists and the medical exercise team. No other organization in Rochester offers this level of medical skill and trained staff in their fitness and recreation programs. Our classes are state-of-the-art, safe, and effective to produce life-changing health and movement benefits. Look for added offerings in winter 2020 to include special athletes training, adaptive weight lifting, HEAL healthy lifestyle training, and mind-body workshops and classes.
